5/28/2021. Notice of Intent filed for Bad Faith Bargaining for the Agency allowing the boat to be deployed while they are still in negotiations with the Union. 6/17 meeting held. Management wont agree to the Unions request to not use the boat until the SOP is finalized. (Swift water tech class not included). Management stated that an SOP is not needed to conduct local level training. Union disagrees. A charge will be filed with the FLRA. 6/21 ULP Filed.
