It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Captain Steven R. Rankin of IAFF Local 1927 - Culver City, Calfornia. Brother Rankin, 54, passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 from cancer.
He was laid to rest on Saturday, February 13, 2010.
